This Goodnotes-ready digital planner and the planner+ journal were an idea that I developed during my own pivot in becoming a dementia caregiver; informed by my own experiences, with the benefit of resources from participating in a caregiver study at the University of Pennsylvania (No affiliation or endorsement).
