Please Note: The images show the templates with sample data. Aside from the kit packing lists, the templates have no content (so there is no confusion or need to cleanup unwanted data).  All templates are formatted to have the same formulas, filters and automations shown in the examples.

You can add information by typing into the fields or by opening a record (See the open option next to the client name.). To add a new record, click on the + under the last record (at the left, bottom area of the table) or click on the + on the top, far right of the table.


Light Template Access Instructions:

Key Steps:

  • Create a Notion account if you haven't already at https://www.notion.com (There is a free tier, which is what I used to create these templates.).
  • Access the template link: After purchasing a Notion template, the you will be provided you with a link to access the template.
  • Open the template: Click on the provided link to open the template.
  • Click "Duplicate": In the top right corner of the template page, locate and click the "Duplicate" button (It looks like the standard "Copy" icon).
  • Select your workspace: Choose the workspace where you want to save your copy of the template.

Important points to remember:

  • Duplication is key: You cannot directly edit a purchased template unless you duplicate it first.
  • Customize after duplication: Once duplicated, you can freely edit and modify the template to fit your specific needs.

 Getting Started Instructions for

Pro, Executive and Premiere

The instructions below will tell you how to create accounts and add members. You will need to add me (styling@fringedjewels.com), so I can install the templates onto your accounts.


To Create a Notion Account:

  1. Go to the Notion website
  2. Click Try Notion free 
  3. Choose to create an account using your email or Google 
  4. If you choose email, enter your email address and a password 
  5. Notion will send a confirmation email 
  6. Click the link in the email to verify your account 
  7. You can start from a blank page, explore templates, or join a workspace 
  8. Click New to Notion? Create an account to finish setup 


You can also create workspaces to separate different types of content. To create a new workspace, you can: 

  1. Open the workspace switcher in the top left of your Notion window 
  2. Select the email account you want to associate with the new workspace 
  3. Click Join or create workspace 
  4. Scroll past the list of existing workspaces and click Create a new workspace

To Add a Member to a Notion Teamspace:

Navigate to the teamspace in your sidebar, click the three dots next to its name, select "Add members", then search for the person you want to add and choose their access level as either a "teamspace member" or "teamspace owner" depending on the permissions you want to grant them; they will then be added to that specific teamspace. 


Key steps

  • Go to your Notion sidebar and locate the desired teamspace. 
  • Click the three dots next to the teamspace name. 
  • Select "Add members" from the menu. You can just type in the email styling@fringedjewels.com and choose my access level as a member. 

NotionApps — Style Pull+ 

Create an Account

To create an account on NotionApps, go to the NotionApps website, navigate to the signup page, and enter your email address and desired password to create a new account; you will likely receive a verification email to confirm your registration. 


Key points to remember: 

  • Access the website: Go to "notionapps.com" in your web browser. 
  • Find the signup option: Look for a "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button on the page. 
  • Provide your details: Enter your email address and choose a secure password. 
  • Email verification: Check your inbox for a verification email from NotionApps and click the link to activate your account. 

Add Member:

To add members to an account on NotionApps, navigate to your application's app builder, go to the "Users" tab, click "+ Add User," and then enter the email address and name of the person you want to add as a member; you can also set their access level within the application from there. 


Key steps

  • Access the app builder: Create an application within NotionApps. Name it SPT and open the app builder. 
  • Navigate to the "Users" tab: On the left sidebar, select the "Users" tab. 
  • Click "Add User": Press the "+ Add User" button to initiate the member addition process. 
  • Enter details: Fill in the email address and name of the new member - styling@fringedjewels.com, Yolanda Keil.
